6 Steps To Energy Savings

1. Start the process to better energy by reaching out to us with your home address and billing info via chat, email, or a call.
2. 15-30 minute phone call or video chat with an Active representative to help us understand your energy goals, review your solar viability and answer your questions.
3. Review your proposal via video chat, email, or in person at your home, office or our showroom.
4. E-sign the pertinent system and interconnection documents: be they for lease, finance or cash purchase, and pay a deposit when applicable.
5. Have a welcome / pre commencement call with us to go over your site audit, the installation timing and your property access protocols.
6. Review your completed system documents in person or via email, write Active a well earned glowing review, and enjoy your solar savings for decades to come.

Timing We will endeavour to have the system permitted, designed, installed and interconnected to the grid within 60 days of an executed contract.  The time on site is generally a week to 10 days depending on the scope.  The time spent with us is relatively minimal compared to the decades of savings ahead.
